  The FV-BOX datalogger communicates with the following external devices:

  • Inverter
  • meter
  • disconnecting switch
  • radiation sensor
  • temperature sensors (panel, inverter, devices)
  • Complete with 4 integrated digital inputs and 4 integrated digital outputs for external contact management.

  Additional devices on demand:

  • String Box controller
  • weather stations
  • other plant-specific devices, such as cooling systems

  The FV-BOX datalogger adopts all the latest safety systems to avoid loss of data:

  • Telephone line backup - FV-BOX transmits via both adsl and gsm (integrated into the datalogger)
  • Electric backup - the photovoltaic datalogger FV-BOX has a built-in battery that enables it to work even in case of blackout
  • Data backup - FV-BOX datalogger has a built-in memory in which all the acquired data is stored before being forwarded to Polimatica's servers

  Your data will not be kept in the datalogger, but will be forwarded to our server farm via integrated gprs/adsl modem. Our servers are actively monitored 24/7. Data hosting and interface are guaranteed 24/7 all year round, with an up time of 98% except during scheduled maintenance.

  Easy and fast installation

  With a free socket in the substation, Helius can be installed even on the largest power plant in just one day. Polimatica will simply install one FV- BOX datalogger per station: no additional server will be installed in your office.
  At the end of the working day you and your clients will already be able to monitor the power plant from your pc or PDA.
